KAJO Corona Muni — local VFR procedures
Not for navigation. These are locally published VFR routes, reproduced with sources; verify against the official documents linked from each procedure before flight.
The published procedures route traffic along the wash/creek and away from the houses on the bluff at the east end of the field.
VFR arrivals
West flow — 25
- Runway 25 Arrival — Straight-in approach is not recommended; avoid the houses on the bluff and fly over the wash/creek.
VFR departures
East flow — 7
- Runway 7 Departure — A 15° right turn at the departure end to follow the wash/creek.
These routes are advisory as published — none of them is a regulation. Assigned by ATC in Class B, C or D airspace, a route becomes an ATC instruction under 14 CFR 91.123; “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
