Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.

Request runway 10/28 wind permitting, limit to 10 consecutive touch-and-goes, Vx to 500 ft then Vy, and reduce RPM as soon as possible.

The route

  1. Wind permitting, request runway 10/28 for arrival and departure
  2. Limit consecutive touch-and-goes to 10 per flight
  3. Take off and climb at best angle of climb (Vx) to 500 ft, then best rate (Vy)
  4. Reduce RPM as soon as possible, and do not increase RPM until on short final for landing
  5. Avoid intersection take-offs
  6. Minimize the number of flight training departures during periods of heavy traffic
