County ordinance: Stage I prohibited and prosecuted, Stage II no night operations, Stage III no arrivals 2300-0700 and no departures after 2230.
The route
- All Stage I aircraft operations are prohibited; violators will be prosecuted
- Stage II and III aircraft only from 0700 to 30 minutes after sunset, by County ordinance; Stage III only from 30 minutes after sunset to 2300
- No person shall arrive in a Stage III aircraft between 2300 and 0700, and no departures after 2230
- Noise abatement is required — fly the ATC-assigned heading or standard departure procedure; if none is assigned, turn right to 360 for 2 miles before proceeding on course
- Exemptions are granted only to aircraft operating in an emergency capacity (medevac, search and rescue, firefighting)
- Nighttime general aviation (30 minutes after sunset to 2300) requires an instrument-rated pilot in an IFR-equipped aircraft, and a VFR pilot in command who has made at least one takeoff or landing at ASE in the preceding 12 months

Curfew Restrictions All Stage I aircraft operations prohibited; violators will be prosecuted. Stage II/III aircraft only from 0700 MST to 30 minutes after sunset by County ordinance. Stage III aircraft only from 30 minutes after sunset to 2300 MST. No departures after 2230 MST. Noise abatement required – fly ATC assigned heading or standard departure procedure. If no heading or departure procedure is assigned turn right noise abatement heading of 360 for 2 miles before proceeding on course. Exemptions will only be granted to aircraft operating in an emergency capacity (medevac/flight for life, SAR, firefighting operations, etc.) Turbo Jet Business Aircraft Noise Limitations Stage I Aircraft: No Person shall operate any Aircraft to, from, or on the Airport that is Stage I, pursuant to the noise rating standards of FAR Part 36. Stage II Aircraft: No Person shall conduct any Nighttime Operations in an Aircraft that is certificated as Stage 2. Stage III Aircraft: No Person shall arrive at the Airport in an Aircraft that is certificated as Stage III between 2300 and 0700 MST. No Person shall depart from the Airport in an Aircraft that is certificated as Stage III between 2230 and 0700 MST.
