Off 23, runway heading to 1,000 ft AGL and turn crosswind over Route 2; off 05, right traffic east of the runway 29 chevrons with the downwind extended to Route 2.
The route
- Climb at best rate of climb (Vy) until pattern altitude; fly patterns at 1,000 ft AGL (1,132-1,200 ft MSL)
- Runway 23: conditions permitting, continue on runway heading to 1,000 ft AGL (1,132 ft MSL), turning crosswind over Route 2
- Runway 23: for left traffic, fly the downwind leg approximately 500 ft east of the runway 29 chevrons
- Runway 05: for right traffic, fly the downwind leg east of the runway 29 chevrons
- Runway 05: conditions permitting, extend the downwind leg to Route 2, and avoid early base turns
- Avoid overflight of Hartwell Tavern
