Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Requested avoidance of two areas for nesting eagles — below 6,500 ft on the BJC 025 radial at 2.7 DME, and below 8,000 ft over Standley Lake on the 150 radial at 3.0 DME.

- Avoid flight below 6,500 ft MSL on the BJC VOR 025° radial at 2.7 DME
- Avoid flight over Standley Lake below 8,000 ft MSL, on the BJC VOR 150° radial at 3.0 DME
