RESTRICTIONS Note: Restrictions are enforced by noise ordinance • Airplanes exceeding 78 dBA per FAA AC 36-3 are prohibited • Curfew for airplanes exceeding 75 dBA per AC 36-3 between 10 PM and 7 AM local time. • Intersection departures on all Runways are prohibited. • Formation flying, banner-towing, and ultra lights are prohibited [Noise Program Overview:] For over 30 years, the County has been able to mitigate some aircraft-related noise at CCR through adoption of Airport Ordinance 87-8... CCR is one of the few airports in the country fortunate to have an Airport Noise Ordinance grandfathered by the FAA
