- Practice landings and takeoffs, training and/or proficiency operations, including touch-and-go operations, shall not be conducted 2200-0700 local without the express written approval of the Director of Airports; on weekends and holidays the restriction runs 2200 until 0800
- When runways 19L and 19R are active, runway 19L is preferred for touch-and-goes (this preference is advisory)

TRAINING • Practice landings and takeoffs, training and/or proficiency operations, including but not limited to Tough-and-Go operations, shall not be conducted between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM local time without the express written approval of the Director of Airports. On weekends and holidays, these restrictions change to 10 PM until 8 AM local time. • When Runways 19L and 19R are active, Runway 19L is preferred for Touch-and-Goes.
