Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Not approved unless runway 10R/28L is in use and the approach ends in a full-stop taxi-back.

- Practice approaches for high noise level type aircraft, including non-Stage III military jet aircraft, shall not be approved
- Unless runway 10R/28L is in use
- And the approach terminates in a full stop taxi-back operation
