Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Climb to 1100' MSL before turning; turn only past the Marina (northbound) or Golf Course (southbound); reduce power as ability allows.

- Both 16 and 34 use right-hand traffic
- Reduce power as safety and performance capabilities allow
- If possible climb to minimum of 1100 feet MSL before turning, and only turn when past the MARINA (northbound) or GOLF COURSE (southbound)
