Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.

Requested: no landings or takeoffs 2130-0700 local. Operators are scored quarterly under the Fly Quiet program; the airport says plainly it cannot enforce any of it.

  1. Do not land or take off between 2130 and 0700 local; observe this curfew unless an emergency exists
  2. Stay above 3,000' AGL over Grand Teton National Park and east of the Snake River
  3. Completely avoid overflight of Grand Teton National Park if possible — ILS approach and traffic pattern excepted
  4. Operators are graded quarterly under the Fly Quiet Program; curfew violations reduce the score and draw a violation letter

VOLUNTARY CURFEW (All Aircraft - IFR & VFR)
A voluntary noise curfew is in effect. DO NOT LAND OR TAKEOFF between 2130 and 0700 local. Please observe this curfew unless an emergency exists.
