Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Requested: no touch-and-go 2100-0700, no pattern turns past 60° bank, no formation departures, no intersection takeoffs, no low fly-bys.
The route
- No touch-and-go operations between 9:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. local time
- No turns in traffic pattern that exceed 60-degree bank
- No formation or flight-of-two departures
- No intersection take-offs
- No demonstration low-level fly-bys
- All approaches and departures should be flown to enhance noise abatement and community relations
- No turns below 500 feet when leaving the pattern, except runway 31R departures
- IFR departures: climb to 633 feet MSL before making any turns; high performance aircraft please use optimum low noise settings
