[FAA Chart Supplement remark:] NO TURNS BLO 500 FT WHEN LEAVING PATTERN EXCEPT RWY 31R DEPARTURES. AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE AFTER DEPARTURE MAKE A SLIGHT RIGHT TURN TO AVOID SCHOOL ONE HALF MILE OFF DEPARTURE END.
