Extensive flight training. Noise sensitive areas: a church 1.8 miles northwest of the runway 25 end, and the village of Albany 2 miles east of the approach end of runway 25.

- Left Traffic Only — Runways 7 and 25 are left traffic only; observe pattern altitude and avoid the church and the village of Albany.

Assigned by ATC in Class B, C or D airspace, a route becomes an ATC instruction under 14 CFR 91.123; “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
