2200-0600: use runway 21 as the calm wind runway, and do run-ups on the ramp rather than at the runway end.
The route
- From 2200 to 0600, pilots are requested to use runway 21 as the calm wind runway
- Do run-ups on the ramp, not at the runway end
- To avoid low altitude turns to the west, request clearance through the Class B airspace from Charlotte Approach
