Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
No takeoffs between 0000 and 0500; jet and turbine aircraft asked to avoid 2200-0600.

- No takeoffs between 0000 and 0500, except military, government, mercy flights and emergency response
- All jet and turbine aircraft avoid flights between 10 PM and 6 AM local to reduce noise over the community
