Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Successive or simultaneous departures from 18L, 18C, 36L, 36C and 36R must begin course divergence no further than 2 miles from the end of runway.

- With course divergence beginning no further than 2 miles from the end of runway, due to noise abatement
