Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Runway 13 is preferred; depart at best rate of climb and turn left within a mile of the departure end once above 400 ft AGL.
The route
- Runway 13 is the preferred use runway
- If practical, depart runway 13 using best rate of climb
- When above 400 ft AGL, turn left within 1 mile of the departure end of runway 13
- Avoid flight over the homes southeast of the airport
