RUNWAY 23 Departure: Climb Rwy heading until reaching 1200 ft. MSL before proceeding on course. Arrival:* Left traffic pattern * Maintain 1200 ft. MSL or higher as long as practical. Runway 23: (Left traffic) Initiate a turn to crosswind over Convent Station between Park Ave. and Madison Ave., overfly Novartis prior to initiating a turn to final.
