Published airport remark; advisory. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Turbojets, large turboprops, four-engine recips and surplus military aircraft should use runway 12/30.
The route
- Turbojet and turbofan powered aircraft should use runway 12/30
- Turboprops over 17,000 lbs should use runway 12/30
- Four-engine reciprocating powered aircraft should use runway 12/30
- Surplus military aircraft over 12,500 lbs should use runway 12/30
- This procedure is in effect 24 hours
- It does not apply in an emergency, or whenever runway 12/30 is unavailable due to maintenance, safety, winds or weather

- Runway 12 or 30 — runway 12/30 Turbojet, turbofan, turboprop over 17,000 lbs, four-engine reciprocating, surplus military over 12,500 lbs. 24 hours.
