Traffic pattern altitude: small propeller aircraft 1600' MSL; jet, turboprop & large propeller aircraft 2100' MSL. Enter the traffic pattern at or above 1600' MSL. ATC tower hours 0700-2100 local.

- Small Aircraft Arrival Procedures — Single/twin under 12,500 lbs: enter the Class D from the charted reporting points at or above 1600' MSL and stay high until the PAPI or glide slope.
VFR departures
All departures — 16R / 34L / 16L / 34R
- Small Aircraft Departure Procedures — Single/twin under 12,500 lbs: runway heading to 1100' MSL before turning; 1600' MSL or higher until leaving the Class D; no intersection departures on 16L-34R.

- Jet, Turboprop & Large Aircraft Procedures — Use 16R-34L; 34L departures encouraged in calm wind; downwind mid-channel at 2100' MSL; no early turns (34L: shoreline, 16R: 3000' MSL).
Tower closed — 16R / 34L
- Tower-Closed Operations — When the tower is closed (2100-0700 local): CTAF 132.95, runway 16L-34R closed, large aircraft west pattern / small aircraft east pattern on 16R-34L.
