The Pioneer Pattern at 700 ft MSL off the runway 35 numbers, and the runway 27L primary helicopter pattern at 1,200 ft.

The route

  1. Pioneer Pattern (700' MSL): depart south from the runway 35 numbers, crosswind between Bradley and Vernon Way, downwind at Wing Avenue, base leg over the east-west taxi line on the east transient ramp without overflying Taxiway D, then via runway 17 remaining south of B4 to the runway 35 numbers
  2. Remain south of B4 due to crossing ground traffic; do not fly over parked or taxiing aircraft
  3. Runway 27L primary helicopter pattern (1,200' MSL): turn crosswind at the west end of the west transient ramp, downwind at Bradley, base leg at the east end of the County transient ramp
  4. Do not fly over parked aircraft or residential areas

NOISE ABATEMENT PATTERN PROCEDURES FOR HELICOPTER (Revised 03/2018)
Pioneer Pattern – Altitude 700 ft. MSL: Depart south from RWY 35 numbers, Crosswind between Bradley and Vernon Way, Downwind at Wing Avenue, turn Base Leg to fly over the east/west taxi line on the east transient ramp, do not overfly Taxiway 'D', then via RWY 17 remain south of B4 to RWY 35 numbers.
