Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.

Crosswind between Fanita and Highway 125, then over Highway 125, then downwind over the First Valley — reaching 1,400 ft MSL before turning downwind.

The route

  1. On takeoff use best rate of climb (Vx or Vy) until reaching 1,400' MSL without compromising safety
  2. Fly runway heading, allowing for any crosswind to prevent drifting off course
  3. Turn crosswind between Fanita and Highway 125, then fly over Highway 125
  4. From Highway 125 turn downwind to fly over the FIRST VALLEY
  5. Make every effort to reach 1,400' MSL before turning downwind, and use reduced power settings while over residential areas

RUNWAY 9R/27L TOUCH & GO NOISE ABATEMENT PATTERN
