Noise sensitive area in all quadrants. Traffic pattern altitude is 800 ft by ordinance (500 ft for rotary-wing training). Runway 11R/29L is closed 2000-0700. Touch-and-go and stop-and-go are prohibited at all times, and the airport is closed to departures overnight.

- West Departure — No Left Turn Before the Ocean — Ordinance: departing to the west, no left turn until reaching the ocean or 1,500 ft.

- Training Pattern Guidance — North pattern training should stay over the commercial area north of the field; south pattern training is discouraged for fixed wing and prohibited for helicopters.
- Noise Limits & Departure Curfew — Ordinance: 82 dBA max / 88 SENEL by day, 76/82 at night, and no departures 2200-0700 weekdays or 2200-0800 weekends and holidays.
