ADDISON AIRPORT RULES AND REGULATIONS — Adopted by the Town of Addison City Council December 14, 2010 Section 2-8. Aircraft Noise Abatement Procedures. When departing from the Airport, all aircraft should follow NBAA standards unless otherwise directed by ATC. Section 1-3. Penalty for Violations. The Airport Director may deny use of the Airport or issue a warning for any person violating or refusing to comply with any of the Rules and Regulations... Some violations may also be considered misdemeanors and be subject to monetary fines in accordance with Chapter 14, Article III, Division 1 of the Town of Addison Code of Ordinances.
