Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Pattern work and touch-and-go hour limits, no formation operations, no intersection takeoffs for fixed wing — the City's two sources give different touch-and-go hours.

- Touch-and-go prohibited: the City web page says 1800-0700 weekends and holidays; the City's Pilot's Guide PDF says 1800-0700 weekdays and all weekends and holidays — the two disagree
- Formation takeoffs or landings: prohibited
- Intersection takeoffs: prohibited for fixed wing aircraft
- Prior permission required for aircraft over 12,500 lbs gross weight and single engine aircraft exceeding 1,000 horsepower

- Runway 6 or 24 — all operations Airport-wide restrictions; no runway named. No City source retrieved cites an ordinance number or a penalty for these prohibitions
