Pattern altitudes: twin prop/jet 1,600' MSL, single prop 1,100' MSL. Prior permission is required for aircraft over 12,500 lbs and single-engine aircraft exceeding 1,000 horsepower. The City's guide leads with "Safety is paramount. Always comply with ATC instructions."

- Runway 6 Departure — Turn right to 085° and follow the railroad tracks until reaching 1,100 ft.
Runway 24
- Runway 24 Departure — 700 ft, or Beach Blvd, before turning.

- Helicopter Routes — Named routings by quadrant: railroad tracks from the north, Magnolia for runway 24 and Dale for runway 6 from the south.
