Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Voluntary no-fly curfew 2200-0700; avoid residential areas and overfly roadways; Vx then Vy climbs; alternate runways for touch-and-go; calm-wind preference: depart 2, arrive 20.
The route
- Voluntary NO FLY curfew 10 pm - 7 am
- Avoid residential areas; overfly roadways — arrivals and departures over highways are preferred
- Use best angle (Vx) for the first 500 feet, then best rate (Vy); avoid shallow climbs and gain as much altitude as safely possible before leaving the airport environment; intersection departures are discouraged
- If doing multiple touch-and-go's, alternate runways every three laps when wind and traffic permit (or favor runway 2)
- Preferred calm-wind departure is runway 2; preferred calm-wind arrival is runway 20

Voluntary NO FLY Curfew 10 pm - 7 am. Help support the airport's "Good Neighbor" policy! Runway 2 is the preferred departure runway for noise abatement. If doing multiple touch and go's, please alternate runways every three laps when wind and traffic permit. It is the pilot's responsibility to make the request and ATC will accommodate when able. Use best angle (Vx) for first 500 feet . . . then best rate (Vy) to achieve maximum altitude. Intersection departures are discouraged. Avoid shallow climbs and gain as much altitude as safely possible before leaving the airport environment. Avoid flight over residential areas. Arrivals and departures over highways are preferred. Pattern altitude: 7,000 light aircraft. 7,500 heavy aircraft. There is a voluntary curfew on arrivals and departures between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Rwy 20 is the preferred calm wind arrival for KTRK. Rwy 02 is the preferred calm wind departure for KTRK.
