KWHP Whiteman — local VFR procedures

Runway 12 uses a standard left-hand pattern, runway 30 a non-standard right-hand pattern, both entered on the crosswind. Field elevation 1,003 ft; the pattern graphic marks 2,004' MSL. Watch for arriving and departing helicopter traffic mid-field.

- Voluntary Curfew — Requested: avoid arrivals and departures 2200-0600 daily, except emergency, lifesaving, firefighting, law enforcement, government and public-service flights.
These routes are advisory as published — none of them is a regulation. Assigned by ATC in Class B, C or D airspace, a route becomes an ATC instruction under 14 CFR 91.123; “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
