Published by the airport sponsor; voluntary unless ATC assigns it. If ATC assigns this route to you in Class B, C or D airspace, that assignment is an ATC instruction and compliance is required (14 CFR 91.123) — and “unable” remains available to the pilot in command.
Requested: avoid arrivals and departures 2200-0600 daily, except emergency, lifesaving, firefighting, law enforcement, government and public-service flights.
The route
- A voluntary curfew is in effect: all aircraft operators are requested to avoid conducting arrivals and departures between 2200 and 0600 daily
- Excepted: flights related to emergency, lifesaving, firefighting, law enforcement, government agencies, and services to the public such as news media
- No touch-and-go landings or pattern practice between 2200 and 0700
- Helicopters shall not air-taxi or hover-taxi over ramp areas or taxilanes
When it applies
- Runway 12 or 30 — all operations Airport-wide; no runway named

A VOLUNTARY CURFEW is in effect. All aircraft operators, except for flights related to emergency, lifesaving, firefighting, law enforcement, government agencies, and services to the public such as news media, are requested to avoid conducting aircraft arrivals and departures between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily. No touch-and-go landings or pattern practice between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Helicopters shall not air-taxi, or hover-taxi, over ramp areas or taxilanes.
