Runway 26R/8L carries the most restrictive noise limits of any runway at Long Beach — louder, high-performance aircraft may want to consider another runway. Noise is monitored 24 hours a day at 18 terminals and the published limits are enforced around the clock. Pattern altitude 1,000 ft MSL, large aircraft 1,500 ft MSL.
